TruckTechGuru – Remote ECM Programming & Tuning Services
Effective Date: 01.10.2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all remote ECM programming, tuning, and related technical services (“Services”) provided by TruckTechGuru (“Provider”) to any individual or entity (“Customer”). By purchasing or using any Services, the Customer fully agrees to the following terms:

1. Legal Use & Jurisdiction

The legality of ECM tuning, emissions modifications, or software changes varies by country, state, and region.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all modifications comply with applicable laws in their location.

All Services are provided “as-is” and intended strictly for off-road, competition, or export use only.

TruckTechGuru assumes no responsibility for how or where the tuned vehicle is operated.

2. Scope of Services

TruckTechGuru provides remote ECM programming, diagnostics, and tuning services for heavy-duty vehicles.

All work is performed remotely based on information supplied by the Customer.

The Provider is not responsible for issues caused by:
• incorrect vehicle data
• hidden mechanical problems
• incomplete or misleading information

3. Mandatory Test Drive & Feedback

After service completion, the Customer must perform a minimum 50-mile test drive.

Any issues must be reported immediately to TruckTechGuru.

If the Customer:
• seeks third-party help
• modifies files independently
• delays feedback

➡️ All support obligations are automatically voided.

4. Limited Lifetime Warranty

TruckTechGuru provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on tuning services for the lifetime of the vehicle only if the following conditions are met:

✔️ ECM software is not modified after service
✔️ No third-party tuning or flashing
✔️ No file editing, overwriting, or replacement
✔️ No dealer updates without prior approval
✔️ Original software configuration remains intact

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Software-related issues
• Errors directly caused by original tuning
• Necessary tuning revisions

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:

✘ Mechanical failures
✘ Hardware defects
✘ Sensor issues
✘ Emissions system faults
✘ Dealer reflashes
✘ Electrical problems
✘ Third-party modifications

Any unauthorized software changes will result in:

➡️ Immediate termination of warranty
➡️ Permanent loss of support

TruckTechGuru reserves the right to:
• verify file integrity
• deny warranty claims if tampering is detected

5. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of ECM programming:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• NO refunds
• NO chargebacks
• NO disputes

Once files are sent or work begins — payment is non-refundable.

6. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

✔️ Provide accurate vehicle information
✔️ Follow all post-tuning instructions
✔️ Ensure mechanical integrity before tuning
✔️ Never share, sell, or distribute any files

Failure to comply may result in service termination.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All tuning files, methods, strategies, and software remain the exclusive intellectual property of TruckTechGuru.

The Customer receives a:
• non-transferable
• non-exclusive
• single-vehicle license

Any reproduction, resale, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

8. Fraud, Deception & Knowledge Theft

If TruckTechGuru suspects the Customer is attempting to:

• obtain proprietary files by deception
• steal tuning knowledge
• reverse engineer software
• misrepresent intentions
• act as a competitor or proxy

TruckTechGuru reserves the right to:

✔️ Immediately cancel all services
✔️ Withhold all payments for time spent
✔️ Permanently blacklist the Customer
✔️ Deny any future services
✔️ Share internal fraud warnings with partner workshops

No refunds or explanations will be provided.

9. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless TruckTechGuru from:

• legal claims
• damages
• fines
• lawsuits
• losses

arising from use or misuse of tuned vehicles or software.

10. Final Acceptance

By using TruckTechGuru’s Services, the Customer confirms:

✔️ They fully understand this Agreement
✔️ They accept all risks
✔️ They acknowledge off-road/export usage
✔️ They waive all claims
